XML Feeds

This is an incredible way for an advertiser to share a huge number of products with publishers, comparison shopping sites and marketplaces is to provide them with a publisher data feed. This feed is a file which includes specific info about their products and where to find them on their website.

Although most e-commerce solutions provide access to an XML data feed, they are not integrated with their publisher tracking software. Thus, advertisers can’t share them with their publishers. This article outlines the benefits of data feeds for publishers. Providing data feeds to publishers is the only way to help publishers promote the right products on-the-fly.

Adding a XML Feed Creative

Before you start adding the XML feed into your account, you must enable Deep Links for the relevant offer. This will allow the tracking link to append a custom URL in which it sends the traffic to. Because each product has a different URL, this feature MUST be enabled for the XML feed to work.

Once that is enabled, You can go to, Offers > Creative Manager and click on Upload a Creative. And on the pop up window that comes up, select the offer you want to add the banner to then type in a name of your choice for the offer. Once done select either “XML Feed” from the drop down under Creative Type. Once all that is done you can paste in the XML Code and and add the creative.
